Orders over €70 ship free. Orders under that threshold are charged a flat rate at checkout. We dispatch within 24 hours on business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products only, within 14 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned — this applies to all orders, no exceptions. This is standard practice for personal care products under EU hygiene regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU).
If your order arrived damaged or there was a fulfilment error on our side, contact us at contact@thesignalcore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
